The Studio is an educational environment designed to help individuals and organizations understand the principles of organization design, explore possibilities, and create their own custom designs. Our Services are intended to build your knowledge, skills, and capabilities so you can approach organization design challenges independently.
The Studio does not perform organization design work for you. You are responsible for applying the concepts and methods in your own context.
3. No Business Advice or Design Services
You acknowledge and agree that Organization Design Studio® Ltd.:
- Does not provide business, management, legal, financial, or professional advice
- Does not offer consulting services
- Does not design or redesign organizations on behalf of users
All information provided through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the materials provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services—including books, courses, frameworks, methods, tools, techniques, technologies, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is the property of Organization Design Studio® Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal or internal business use as permitted by the nature of the product.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify the materials
- Create derivative works
- Publicly display or perform the materials
- Republish, download, or transmit the materials
without prior written consent.
5. User-Created Materials
During your use of the Services, you may create documents, designs, analyses, or other outputs (“User Materials”). You retain ownership of your User Materials. However, by using the Services, you grant Organization Design Studio® Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display User Materials solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
We do not claim ownership of your organizational designs.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that the effectiveness of the educational materials depends on your engagement, effort, and application of the concepts. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organization Design Studio® Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Any third-party conduct or content
- Any content obtained through the Services
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or content
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Organization Design Studio® Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Organization Design Studio® Ltd. regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
