About the Founder

John Latham, Ph.D.

Dr. John Latham is the Founder and Managing Director of the Organization Design Studio®. He has worked with and in commercial, nonprofit, education, and government organizations across Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, and the Americas.

John is an award‑winning researcher and the author of multiple books on organization design and transformation, including [Re]Create the Organization You Really Want! and Organization Diagnosis, Design, and Transformation: A Baldrige User’s Guide. His work blends rigorous research with decades of hands‑on experience helping leaders design organizations that perform, adapt, and endure.
