Founder
As an organization designer and researcher, Dr. John Latham has worked with and in commercial, nonprofit, education, and government organizations across Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, and the Americas.
He has published award-winning research articles and is the author of books on organization design and transformation, including [Re]Create the Organization You Really Want! and Organization Diagnosis, Design, and Transformation: A Baldrige User’s Guide.
