The Organization Design Studio® is a digital support system to help leaders worldwide design the custom "bespoke" organizations they really want.
The studio is designed to help you understand the principles of organization design, find your own answers, and create your own custom designs. Our frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques aim to equip you with knowledge, skills, and resources to approach organization design challenges independently.
We recently reimagined and recreated this website with a new focus on the organization design framework and methodology. We are currently developing the 12 virtual design labs - Coming Soon!

Introduction to Studio
Founder
Dr. John Latham is the Founder and Managing Director of the Organization Design Studio®. He has worked with and in commercial, nonprofit, education, and government organizations across Europe, Asia, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, and the Americas.
He has published award-winning research articles and is the author of books on organization design and transformation, including [Re]Create the Organization You Really Want! and Organization Diagnosis, Design, and Transformation: A Baldrige User’s Guide.
